Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Delays
Please note that carrier delays can occur, especially during holidays or severe weather. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. If you believe your package is missing, contact the carrier directly.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses using USPS.
