Thank you for shopping with Lagniappe Atelier. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at atblagniappe@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your case and do our best to make it right.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
